Cognitive and Neurofeedback Program

Cognitive and Neurofeedback Program
The Cognitive Coach and Neurofeedback have partnered to create a one-of-a-kind program combining their expertise. This program offers both individual and co-coaching sessions with Doreen Bridgman, MS, CCC, SLP (The Cognitive Coach) and John Andiorio, M.Ed., BCB, BCN (Neurofeedback Specialist). Together, they provide a comprehensive approach to increasing brain activity awareness and teaching attention management techniques.
In this program, participants will learn strategies to enhance planning, organization, and the completion of daily tasks, such as morning routines and homework. Simultaneously, participants can observe their brain activity while engaging in attention, memory, and problem-solving exercises.
Understanding and Managing Tech-Related Anxiety: A Program for Family and Educational Support
Additionally, this program can help manage the anxiety that arises from technology withdrawal, providing practical tools to cope effectively.
Family involvement is a key component of the program, and educational recommendations are shared with teachers and schools as needed. Open communication with both family and educators is critical to ensure that the newly developed skills are successfully applied in home and academic environments.
