Welcome to The Cognitive Coach! We’re excited to begin this journey with you and are here to support you every step of the way. To make sure you’re fully prepared for your first session, we’ve gathered a few essential forms and important information on payment, insurance, and policies. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience, so please reach out if you have any questions along the way!

Insurance

While we don’t participate directly in insurance plans, we’re happy to provide you with a detailed bill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service, allowing us to focus solely on your progress during each session.



Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge for the full session rate.
